Responsibilities:

  • Preparing agendas and planning for technical office meetings appointments and meetings.
  • Receiving and forwarding technical office phone calls.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence By Directing, reading, and keeping and arranging them according to priorities.
  • Photocopying, editing, and printing technical office correspondences
  • Monitoring the schedule for the delivery of tenders
  • Communicate with the company's internal management to fulfill the schedule of tenders.
  • Communicate with clients for technical office inquiries regarding tenders under study.
  • Communicate with suppliers to complete and clarify technical offers
  • Monitoring office supplies for the technical office, making purchase orders, and approving them in case the re-order level is reached
  • Maintaining information and records to ensure it is easily accessible
  • Writing a weekly report to show what has been accomplished and what has been postponed, with an indication of the reason.
  • Assisting technical office engineers in all work not included in this description, upon Their request.

Job Requirements:

  • Secretarial work for at least 1-2 Years
  • MS Office is a must.
  • Time Management - Multitasking - Work Under Pressure
  • Business Writing Skills - Team Work – Good Communication Skills
